1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and PLR Hustle ("Creator") for the use of digital products ("Assets") provided through PLR Hustle's website ("Website"). By downloading or using the Assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Types of Assets

• Free Assets: Assets available without cost.

• Paid Assets: Premium Assets available for users who purchase from PLR Hustle.

3. Grant of License

The Creator hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Assets, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You are granted Master Resell Rights, meaning you may rebrand, modify, and resell the Assets as your own. You may also use these Assets to build a PLR store, with PLR Hustle as your private supplier of digital products. Once you gain access to the Assets, you are free to use, modify, and sell them without limitation.

4. Intellectual Property

All Assets are property of PLR Hustle. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Assets are owned by PLR Hustle.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. PLR Hustle may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Assets.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Assets are provided "as is." PLR Hustle makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PLR Hustle be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Assets.

8. General

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PLR Hustle concerning the use of the Assets. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PLR Hustle resides.
